Ready for rugby?

Join the only high school girls rugby team in Central New York - welcoming all players in Grades 7-12 for the Spring 2024 season. No experience necessary!

Practices start March 6, 2024!

Leading up to our first game on April 7, practices will provide an opportunity for new players to learn rugby and meet the team. All players will become confident in their tackling and ready to step on the field as a Silver Hawk.

There are typically 2 practices/week and also some team bonding events, including a rugby watch party on March 10 and bowling on March 16!

Due to the weather, our practices alternate between indoor and outdoor locations at the start of the season and may be subject to change. Visit our calendar for details about dates/times, locations, and additional gear as well as the game schedule.

• Gear for Practice: mouthguard, rugby shorts, cleats (sneakers when indoors), water, and any layers needed for the weather
